All in-stock items generally take 3-5 business days to process before they are shipped out to the customer. An email notification with a tracking number will be sent to you once we ship your order.

Payment with Bank card's, For customers without access to a bank card, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as an alternative payment method in Riyadh. Also, we offer paying with sadad.

LUXURY JEWELRY Quality Assurance department reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the product. Once your item(s) have been received and accepted, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the item excluding shipping, handling and insurance charges. Please allow 7-12 business days after the item(s) has been received for your credit to be processed. Refunds will be issued using the same type of payment used in the original purchase.
RETURN POLICY
1. OBTAIN YOUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER:
Contact us at jewelery2017@hotmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. When approved, you will receive an email with your Return Merchandise Authorization Number along with detail shipping and packaging instructions and appointment to pick the item from your place.
2. PACKAGE YOUR ORDER:
Repack the item(s) in the original packaging materials. To receive a refund, you must provide the original packaging and documentation. Write the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the receipt and on the outside of the package. Any promotional item or free gift included with the order must be returned. If not returned, you will be subject to the full retail price of the item.
3. APPROVAL AND REFUND:
Once we picked the item from you, you will wait for 2-3 business days to receive approval of accepting the returned item if the item in its good state.
After the approval, you will receive your refund. Otherwise, another procedure will be taken.
