1-Avoid Chemicals: Make sure to keep chemicals away from your precious metals like gold, silver and platinum. Chemicals damage or discolor these metals.*by Eric

2-Safe Cleaning Methods: Be careful when you’re cleaning your jewels. Soft gems can scratch very easily. If you’re cleaning pearls, use a brand new makeup brush and soapy warm water to clean them. Always make sure you’re using a light touch when applying pressure to your jewels.*by Eric

3-Store Jewels Properly: Often jewels are sold in a box or pouch, and either is a great way to store your jewelry. Jewelry boxes that have individual padded slots for rings and posts for hanging necklaces & bracelets are perfect.*by Eric

1. ASK FOR MAINTENANCE:

Here at LUXURY JEWELRY, we will be happy to receive a maintenance request from you to maintain YOUR jewelry. Please contact us on jewelery2017@hotmail.com for maintenance requests and kindly write the type of maintenance you want and the type of jewelry you have. We will contact you as soon as possible to know specific information . Also, we will determine an appointment to pick up the jewelry and we will give you the driver phone number.

2. PACKAGE YOUR JEWELRY:

Package your order and seal the package tightly FOR SECURITY REASON and wait till our driver contact you on the phone number that we send to pick up the package.

3. SET PRICE AND APPROVAL:

Once we picked the package from you, you will wait for 24 hours to confirm you that we received the package and the kind of maintenance your jewelry need. If you didn't receive any message from us after 24 hours you should contact us.

At this time we will start maintaining your jewelry.

We will inform you about the return day and start maintaining your jewelry.
